Cooling & Easy Demolding:Flexible spring steel design lets you bend the plate to release prints without scratching. Simply place on the heat bed, level and print.After printing, allow the platform to cool to room temperature for automatic demolding. Alternatively, gently bend the spring steel plate to release the model without scratchingno scraping or adhesives required.
Rapid Cleaning Protocol: Clean the PEI surface with 75% alcohol or mild soap water to remove residue. For stubborn stains, preheat the plate to 150C and gently scrub with a soft brush.The design allows for easy assembly and disassembly. Regular maintenance includes checking the spring tension (maintain 5N force) and cleaning the platform every 50 hours of use.
Level Notice:Be cautious about nozzle-to-PEI distance to avoid scratches. Any damage or contamination on the PEI surface affects longevity and print quality.
