Unless specifically stated on a product page, Peach Imports LLP is not the manufacturer, official representative, exclusive distributor, franchisee, or authorised service centre of the brands displayed on the website.

Free standard delivery is currently provided across India for website orders unless an additional charge is clearly disclosed before the customer completes checkout.

No undisclosed charge will be added after checkout without the customer’s knowledge and agreement.

12. Reasons an Order May Be Declined or Cancelled

Peach Imports LLP may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock.

  • The product cannot be sourced.

  • Payment was unsuccessful, reversed, or could not be verified.

  • An obvious pricing or product-information error occurred.

  • The customer provided incomplete or inaccurate information.

  • The delivery address is not serviceable.

  • The order appears fraudulent, unauthorised, suspicious, or abusive.

  • The order violates these Terms and Conditions.

  • Supplier, customs, transport, regulatory, or legal restrictions prevent fulfilment.

  • The requested quantity cannot reasonably be supplied.

When Peach Imports LLP cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

13. Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order enters processing, sourcing, packing, or dispatch.

Cancellation requests are not confirmed until Peach Imports LLP verifies the order status and sends confirmation.

Imported products may enter sourcing shortly after payment confirmation and may no longer be cancellable after sourcing has begun.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Peach Imports LLP currently delivers orders across India through courier and logistics partners.

International delivery is not currently available through the website.

Estimated delivery timelines are generally:

Local Products

  • Metro cities: 2 to 5 working days

  • Other cities and towns: 3 to 7 working days

  • Remote locations: Additional time may be required

Imported Products

  • Generally 10 to 15 working days

Delivery estimates may vary because of customer location, supplier availability, customs processing, courier delays, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders containing different fulfilment types may be delivered separately.

15. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

  • Delivery address

  • Pincode

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Delivery instructions

Customers should contact us immediately if they notice an error.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.

Peach Imports LLP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

16. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns may be accepted for:

Products should not be returned without approval and return instructions from Peach Imports LLP.
