Cancellation Policy
You can cancel items as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. See more timeframes below. If it’s too late to cancel an item, don’t worry; please reach out to our customer service at help@peachimports.com The timeframe for canceling an order depends on the delivery method, and the freight forwarder used.
Promotions and Canceled Order:
If canceling an item means your order is no longer eligible for a promotion or a quantity discount, it will recalculate your order total. However, if we cancel an item from your order for any reason and you have already received your promotional or discounted item, the promotion or discount will remain in effect.
Special Orders:
You can cancel or return special order items. A restocking fee of 15% will be automatically applied if special order items are returned, opened, and non-defective.
Custom Orders:
Custom and personalized orders made especially for you are non-returnable. Custom Order items are items where a customer has requested specific attributes (e.g., finish, color, size) or where a manufacturer builds only to order.
