Easy to Use
Step 1 Select Mode
Turn on the device and press the mode button to select the mode you need.
Step 2 Calibrate
Press the side scan button and wait for the signal bars disappeared and beep to confirm calibration.
Stud mode - put it against the detecting wall to calibrate.
Metal/AC mode - put it in the air to calibrate.
Step 3 Scan the Wall
Move slowly against the wall.
When scanning to the edge of stud, stud edge directional arrow will appear in the screen.
Step 4 Locate Target
When the signal bar is full and the alarm beeps, you have found the center of a target.
Mark it with your pencil.
