1) About Compatibility
Please make sure the USB C port on your host devices supports pd charging, data transfer, and video output (DP Alt Mode) to enjoy the full function of our docking station. If you are not sure if your computer has the advanced USB C port, please confirm with us or refer to the supplier of your electronic device
2) About 8K 30hz and 4K 144Hz
Please ensure that both your host devices and cable meet the required bandwidth standard for optimal resolution and refresh rate on external displays
3) About Triple Display
You can use all video interfaces (DP+HDMI1+DHMI2) simultaneously, enabling MST split-screen mode for multiple display devices to show different images. On Windows systems, you can have four screens, including the computer's own screen, in A-BCD output mode.
Please noted that, due to the limitation of MacOs, all three external screen will show the same content, in A-BBB or A-AAA output mode.
4) About 100W PD Charging
Please use the original charger for your computer or tablet when charging. If using a different charger, make sure it supports the PD charging protocol and meets the minimum power requirements for your device.
Please noted that, the usb c port on this docking station is for charging ONLY, and doesn't support data transfer or external video and power output.
5) About Power Delivery
The LED status indicator lights up when the docking station is connected to a computer or charger, indicating normal power-on status. To maintain normal function, the docking station consumes 15W power, so the actual power output for the host devices is about 85W.
When connecting multiple large-capacity devices like external hard drives, connect them one by one to avoid overloading the power supply.
6) About Being Hot when Using
Due to the high-performance chip supporting 8K video output, it generates more heat. It's normal to get around 106.52?, and the heat is dissipated through the shell to ensure the chip's proper operation and prolong the device's lifespan.
