Attach the optional V3 Pro or VIP3 Pro tenting accessories (sold separately) to elevate the thumb-side of the wrist to reduce painful forearm pronation. Sustained pronation increases pressure on the forearm muscles and surrounding tissues and reduces blood circulation which can lead to fatigue and injury. Research demonstrates that a moderate elevation of the thumb side of the hand dramatically reduces this type of stress. The V3 Pro is designed for for those who want to tent without Palm Supports and the VIP3 Pro is designed for those who want to tent with Palm Supports
