Work with iPhone 14 Series? Yes, work with iPhone 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max.
Work with Otterbox? A: Otterbox has many series. You must check and make sure that specific serie is wireless charging compatbile. However we don't sugguest thick cases (?6mm) which makes wireless charging power permeate less efficient.
Charge 3 simultaneously? A: Of course, that's what it is designed for. But remember to use the 18W adapter and fast charging cable included.
Lost manual, cable or adapter? A: All you need to do is to reach out to Intoval support. Tell us what you need, we'll get it delivered at no charge.
Can I use 20W PD charger? Yes, QC18W, PD20W and PD30W can provide sufficient input to the station. However, a regular 10W(5V/2A) or 5W(5W/1A) charger or desktop/computer USB port (5V) will not work. The adapter included work with 110-240V AC.
Can I get a longer cable? Yes, contact Intoval support and we will sugguest one.
Any part not working? No worries, we'll help you to solve it. We have a tech team standing by and we got solution for every situation.
Is phone part Magsafe? No.
Work with other brand watches? No, it only works with Apple watch. You can check our related products (for Samsung Galaxy watches and Fitbit Sense Versa) by visiting Intoval store. Or contact our support and we'll get back in no time.
Is watch magnet strong? Yes, strong enough to keep the watch in place in any normal situation. If you bump the table it should stay on. But it won’t hold it if struck directly or if the unit is knocked off the table. Make sure the watch is right on the magnet on the stand.
