Unable to pair the keyboard and mouse with your devices:
Delete all of the Bluetooth connections from your device, then re-connect the keyboard and mouse again.
Please make sure the system version of your device is Mac OS 10.15 or above, iPad OS 13 or above, or iOS 13 or above.
Please make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode( Bluetooth indicator flashing quickly)
Restart the keyboard and mouse, and your device, then try to pair it again.
Distance exceeds the maximum connection distance of 15 meters.
Poor contact of the computer receiver port.
Low power or no battery, causing the Bluetooth connection to be unstable, please charge the keyboard or mouse for at least 10 minutes, then restart.
