While it looks and functions just like a Bluetooth stereo headset, BeHear ACCESS enables personalizable hearing amplification for live conversations, mobile phone calls, music play, TV watching, nature, and other ambient sounds. Integrated advanced noise reduction technology clarifies speech in noisy environments and improves intelligibility of mobile phone calls. BeHear ACCESS includes two telecoil receivers to deliver noise-free, reverberation-free audio in locations outfitted with hearing loops. When combined with the HearLink or HearLink PLUS Bluetooth transmitter, BeHear ACCESS works as a high-fidelity TV listening system. The BeHear ACCESS combines state-of-the-art hearing technology and consumer electronics features that put the user in charge of his/her own hearing.

BeHear ACCESS is a personalizable hearing amplifier. For best results download the free “W&H BeHear” app (available on Google Play or Apple Store) to your smartphone and use it to conduct a simple hearing assessment. Results of the assessment will be applied automatically to the headset to amplify and clarify voice and audio to match your unique hearing profile. These settings can be modified in real time to address the conditions of your current sound environment. What you hear now is under your control, there is no need to depend on a hearing professional.
A truly outstanding feature of the BeHear ACCESS is its ability to tap into hearing loop systems using its built-in telecoil (T-coil) receivers, typically found only in advanced hearing aids. Hearing loop systems can be found in houses of worship, theaters, lecture halls, and many other public spaces. They transmit wireless audio input via a magnetic field to telecoil receivers, avoiding room reverberation and background noise, to provide the original audio signal directly to the listener’s ears. This closed system provides people, especially those with hearing loss, an excellent way to hear voice and audio signals clearly, even in noisy places or when the sound source is far away.
