TD-S21C: Intelligent color night vision 5x optical zoom security camera
Topodome S21C home security camera is a feature-rich product. It has infrared night vision and full-color night vision. The 5MP Sony image sensor is equipped to capture very clear pictures. The 5x optical automatic zoom lens allows users to easily zoom in on distant scenes.
The TD-S21C can rotate 355 degrees horizontally and 0-120 degrees vertically. Users can freely check the surrounding conditions. When the default position is set, you only need to enter the corresponding number to automatically switch the monitoring angle and zoom state.
The camera has a built-in SD card slot, and you can insert a microSD card just by opening the waterproof cover of the housing. A 64G memory card can realize 20 days of continuous high-definition video recording.
The camera can turn on the automatic tracking function on the APP. When the human-shaped target moves, the camera will automatically rotate so that the target is in the center of the image. When smart night vision starts, human-shaped objects will trigger floodlights to more accurately track movement.

Q: Why is there no image display after the camera is connected to Blue Iris and Synology?
A: Topodome cameras supports both H264 and H265 video encoding formats. The factory default is H265. However, the current general RTSP stream of Blue Iris and Synology only supports H264. So please log in to the advanced settings of the camera through a browser, and modify the video encoding option to H264.
Q: How to test the infrared light or white light function of S21C?
A: The 10x LEDs of TD-S21C can emit infrared light or white light. Its default night vision mode is smart mode, which is infrared mode when no human activity is detected at night, and white light mode when someone enters the surveillance area.
If you want to manually control the night vision mode (infrared/full color/smart) through the Camhi Pro APP, please download the latest firmware from Topodome official website.
In addition, please note that the photosensitive element of TD-S21C is under the bracket and not close to the LED light.
Q: Why does the automatic tracking function of S21C work poorly?
A: Please do not install the camera too close to the ideal monitoring area (at least 10 meters away), the installation height must be more than 3-4 meters, otherwise it will reduce the sensitivity of automatic tracking.
