Q: Red light blinking saying the device is not charged, but the light on the charger is green which indicates the device is charged but it won't turn on to work.
A: It's possible that it may have triggered a protection program of the pool vacuum robot. Here are the steps you can try to reset the protection program of the pool cleaner robot:
Connect the charger to the pool robot vacuum and the power supply. While the charger indicator light shows green, push the switch of the cleaner to "ON". Please ensure that the switch on the vacuum is turned on while it's still connected to the charger.
You should notice the charger light turn red when the vacuum's switch is turned on.
Turn off the vacuum, unplug it from the charger, and then plug it back in.
Once plugged back in, the charger light should be red, indicating it's charging again.
If after following these steps, the cordless pool vacuum still doesn't work after fully charged or the charger indicator light only shows green, please don't hesitate to seek for our help.
