The headphone jack not matches --- it come with 3.5MM headphone jack, if you are using iPhone 7 or newer, you need to have an iPhone lighting adapter.
Out of focus --- 1). Please make sure to take off the protective film on the glasses; 2). If you have myopia more than 500 degree, please wear your glasses when use the VR headset. 3). The VR video need to be HD version. If the video is not HD version, you maybe see blurred video via the VR headset. 4). The smart phone screen resolution is high enough.
Double image --- Please choose the VR model on your phone before put it into the VR headset. And after the video is played, it will back to 2D model (Double image); you need take off the VR headset and choose a new video on your phone.
