It automatically adjusts between 450-1200 dpi according to the speed at which the ball moves. If you move the ball quickly. the pointer will also move faster over large distance. If you move it slowly, the pointer speed will become slow and it would allow finer operation. By pressing the SPEED button, you may switch over the fixed mode Points to keep in mind when using the auto mode (For windows) The following settings are recommended for making the best out of the function. Go to Control pantel> Mouse properties> pointer option, and uncheck improve the pointer's accuracy. If this is not unchecked, it may interfere with the function.
