In order to install Flume you must have the following:
A water meter
A Wifi connection
An Android or iOS phone or tablet
The Sensor works on both outside and indoor water meters within 1000ft reach of the Flume Bridge.
Identifying Your Water Meter:
To determine the type of meter you have, you can look on the dial of the water meter. The Dial should have the brand and model number displayed.
Flume is incompatible with with any single-jet, multi-jet or ultrasonic meters.
Specific models listed to the right are NOT compatible with Flume.

Hersey Horizon is NOT compatible.
Master Meter & Allegro Encoder works in some cases but not always.
Zenner Model PMN meters are NOT compatible.
Diehl, DAE, Kamstrup, iTron: Meters in these brands are NOT compatible.
Precision PMM meters are compatible. All others meters in the Precision brand are NOT compatible.
