Install the driver from the official JESWO website before use, the HDMI and DisplayPort require the latest DisplayLink driver to work;
Power and Charing: This Universal Dock Station does not provide power to the connected laptop or tablet;
Use this combination to output Dual 4K@60Hz: HDMI1+HDMI2, HDMI1+DP2, DP1+DP2, or HDMI2+DP1. Use DisplayPort only to output Single 5K@60Hz display.

Compatibility
Laptop Compatibility Compatible with most modern laptops and desktops running Windows 11 / 10 / 8x / 7, Macs with 10.14.x / 10.15.x / 11.x and Chrome0s version 100 or newer. The box includeds a USB converter to connect your USB-C devices.
Software Compatibility Displaylink is a flexible and versatile technology that's great for most users' workflow. But there are a few scenarios where it's not the right fit such as gaming and HDCP (copy-protected) content playback from Blu-ray/Netflix/Prime/iTunes/Hulu/etc.
Power and Charging This dock does not provide power to the connected laptop or tablet-the laptop will still require a separate charger. It cannot control the power of the laptop.
Monitor Compatibility Supports three high-resolution monitors up to 2K@60Hz. Suitable for Dual HDMI and VGA displays. DisplayPort displays are not supported.
