The latest Surface Laptop 7 can be used with the Surface docking station. Please note that the magnetic head needs to be inserted in reverse. It will be marked on the details page, please check the attachment.
Please note
Please connect the magnetic connector of the Surface Pro docking station correctly and plug the connector into your Surface device as shown in the figure.
When properly connected, the magnetic connector will light up with a white LED.
If the magnetic connector is inserted incorrectly, it will not light up the white LED and can only be used to charge your Surface computer, all ports on top of the product will not work.
When the customer is using Surface Laptop7, the magnetic suction head of this Surface docking station needs to be inserted in reverse so that Surface Laptop7 can work properly.
FAQ?
Q: Why does the product not work, tried plugging in multiple USB devices and none of them worked?
A: Please check if your connector is connected correctly, check if the indicator light above the connector is lit with a white LED, if it is not lit, the product is only for charging at this time, and none of the ports on the product are working. Please connect your connector correctly.

When using only one HDMI connection, the output resolution is 4K@ 60Hz.
When using HDMI +VGA connections, the output resolution is to 1080P@ 60Hz.
HDMI+VGA (extended mode), supports two 1080P extensions.
Customers are required to correctly set the display's copy and extension options and confirm whether only surface is selected (buyer can also press the win+P shortcut key).
HDMI displays the same content as VGA.
