Important Notes
Incompatible Devices: Nintendo Switch, USB SuperDrive.
The USB-A and USB-C data ports do not support media display or charging.
Support PD 3.0/2.0 fast charge for laptop.

If you can't get the HDMI port to work, please try to :
Confirm if the connected USB-C port of your device supports DP Alt Mode.
Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the issue still exists.
Plug your HDMI cable directly into your device to see if you get a stable connection. If you can't get a stable connection, then it is the issue of your HDMI cable.
If you can't get the Ethernet port to work, please try to:
Unplug the Ethernet cable and Replug the Ethernet Port .
Try this device with a different computer / ethernet cable and see if the issue exists.
