Please Note:
1). HDMI Port resolution will be up to 4K@30Hz. When using VGA and HDMI simultaneously, both resolution is 1080P@60Hz.
2). HDMI or VGA:
-Make sure the type c port on your laptop has the function that you want.
-Your HDMI cable should be above 1.4, which can get a high resolution.
-Suggest connecting the PD port when you use it.
3). Once your laptop shuts down or goes to sleep, you need to replug the product to get extended mode again.
4). How to set Mirror Mode or Extend Mode:

QA:
1. Dose this compatible with my laptop?
Only USB Type C 3.1 Gen 2/ Type C 3.2 Gen 2 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort, Thunderbolt 3 with Power Delivery & DisplayPort. You can refer to your laptop's manual to figure out which your USB c type is:
1) Data transfer only;
2) Data transfer and external display;
3) Data transfer and PD charging;
4) Data transfer, external display, and PD charging.
2. Why do I have no display when the dock station is connected?
· Make sure the type c power delivery port on your laptop is USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen2) or Thunderbolt 3 port (supports PD charging). That means the native type c port of the laptop needs to support video signal output.
· Check your HDMI cable.c
· Ensure sufficient power supply from the USB C hub.
Please note: when you select the extended mode. Two additional monitors display and output the same screen.
3. When I plug in the VGA port, why does the resolution become 1920 x 1080@60Hz and sometimes go black for 2–4 seconds and then recover?
Please do not worry.
· This USB c hub supports 4K@30Hz HDMI OUTPUT (depends on your HDMI cable and monitors). If you connect VGA, the resolution of all monitors will be limited to 1920 x 1080@60Hz (maximum).
· It is a process of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication, which may blackout the screen for a few seconds. The recovery time depends on the laptop and monitor (1 minute at max).
4. How many watts do the charging port support?
This USB is USB-C PD 3.0 compliant which supports 100W power in (maximum power); Power out (charging) is recommended to 87W for safety.
