NOTICE:
The 2 HDMI & VGA video ports can be used at the same time,but for Windows laptop it's depends on the graphics card and setting of source laptop.The Intel graphics chip is only capable of at most 3 displays at once, which includes the laptop display.
When Dual HDMI and VGA work simultaneously, the resolution will down to 1080P/60Hz, the actual resolution of monitors depends on the laptop's bandwidth and the resolution of connected monitors.
