Note:
We suggest just one HDD/SSD is connected at a time due to the power output limitations of some laptops.
The Hub is not compatible with Nintendo Switch.
Do not use this hub with high-performance equipment to ensure a stable connection.
The USB-C PD port is only used to charge a compatible USB-C laptop. The output power is up to 100W and data transfer is not supported.
If your laptop\desktop USB-C port only supports data the HDMI port on the Hub will be disabled. USB-C bust support DisplayPort Alt Mode to transfer video through the HDMI Port.
Host Computer with USB-C supporting DP 1.4 Alt Mode will be able to deliver 4K at 60Hz with HDR to your TV or Monitor - Note: TV must support 4K at 60Hz and HDR.
HDMI to deliver 4K at 60Hz with HDR your laptop must support USB-C DP1.4 Alt Mode. If USB-C Supports older version DP1.2 Alt Mode HDMI will deliver 4K at 30Hz. Please make sure your TV\Monitor Support 4K at 60Hz with High Dynamic Range (HDR).
